Human Resource Supervisor

(Banten)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising and controlling all matters related to workers attendance, workers movement, personnel file control, HRIS system, workers welfare, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Industrial Relation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a high level of energy and commitment.
  • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, within and outside organization.
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
