Human Resources Generalist (Code: HRG)

Responsibilities:
- Proactive in supporting the manager on daily operational HR Life Business activities
Requirements:
- Has a minimum bachelor degree educational background in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- At least one year experience in a related field is required for this position
- Excellent understanding about labor regulation, recruitment & selection, industrial relation
- Able to handle “jamsostek” and medical benefit
- Multidisciplinary/ lateral thinking, keen to learn on the job
- Hard worker, proactive and willing to work overtime whenever required
- Employment status will be contract based
