Human Resources Specialist
(Sulawesi Utara)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Indonesian citizenship
- Fundamental understanding of human resources principles and concepts obtained through at least 3 years of human resources work experience and formal education in human resources management and must be highly knowledgeable of local labor laws
- Executes Compensation and Benefits program in the field office. conducts annual salary and benefits survey and analyzes pay structures against the competitive local labor market. Administers and improves merit, incentive and employee benefit programs, and provides error-free data for payroll administration and ensures compliance with all country labor laws and policies. Maintains current office and employee records.consults with legal counsel as appropriate
- Bilingual; able to speak and write in advanced business English
- Experience using Microsoft Office software applications and a personal computer
- Willing to be based in Manado
- Mature person /excellent leadership skill
- Commit for non smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no misconduct sex behaviour
