YOUR OPPORTUNITY
YOU are responsible to establish local process and guidelines of Performance Management, Talent Review and Learning; to manage a complete implementation process of those 3 areas; and to manage local implementation of Regional / Global Initiatives.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience ideally in HR areas
- Possess strong skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in verbal and written English
