Manager, Human Resources (Compensation&Benefit)

(Jakarta)

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for the delivery of human resources administrative services according to policies and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective business operations, especially in Compensation and Benefit areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plot and organize timely and accurate preparation of human resources regulatory reports e.g. turnover rate report, human resources report, headcount report, talent plot report, for local country management and Regional
  • Coordinate and help in the annual human resources plotting process according to guidelines and schedules
  • Recommend new policies, processes and procedures related to ComBen to meet the changing requirements of internal clients
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities in compensation and benefit areas, its related administrative jobs like employee filing, etc, to ensure they are within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability
  • Ensure termination of employees are complied with policies and procedures and exit interviews are conducted with summary reports prepared on regular basis
  • Ensure relevant management reporting is provided accurately and within deadlines
  • Provide and interpret human resources data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, organizational statistics, etc.
  • Ensure attendance is properly monitored and timely and accurate reports are prepared regularly
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper payroll is administered
  • Ensure security and accuracy of staff records are maintained
  • Ensure proper administration of benefits programs in related to new hires, termination and other changes in employment status
  • Ensure consistent implementation of human resources programs in relation to appointments, transfers and other staff movements
  • Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations in ComBen araes as well as policies and procedures
  • Analyze and recommend appropriate human resources processes / activities considering the business implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions

Role Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent (MBA desirable).
  • 4 to 7 years Human Resources working experience in multinational companies environments
  • Previous working experience in FMCG (marketing / sales) industry desired
  • Effective communication skill
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
