REQUIREMENTS :
- Min. S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM / MBA – concentrate in Human Resources
- Hands on Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Reward Management, Talent Management, Career Plotting and People & Organizational Development
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the are Organization Development, Performance & Competency Management, Training and Development
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- To be placed at Factory Tambun – Bekasi Timur
