Organization Development Specialist (Code: ODS)

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating organizational improvement
- Focuses on organizational performance improvement
- Consultation on O.D. strategies
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the are Organization Development, Performance & Competency Management, Training and Development
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
