Requirements:
- Maximum age 38 years ancient.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- At least 3 years experience in related field, preferable from manufacturing company.
- Possesses sufficient knowledge in HR field, especially in training and development area.
- Has experience as Trainer (soft skills or hard skills) will be an advantage.
- Has successful experience in dealing with all level of staffs, including subordinates and senior managers.
- Excellent in leadership, communication, innovation and team work.
- Will work in Tangerang area (Lippo Karawaci) and do some assignments in factories around Jakarta.
