PT. East West Seed Indonesia a Leading Vegetable Seed Company Located in Purwakarta – Jawa Barat is looking for:
People Development Specialist
(Jawa Barat – Purwakarta)
Requirements:
- Preferable Male, Maximum age 35 years ancient.
- S1 degree in All Major or related field
- At least 4 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- This position will help the Superior in conducting the following activities:
- People Development
- Provide employee mapping based on soft competency, skill & knowledge, and PPA
- Conduct post training evaluation and propose development program for continuous improvement.
- Monitor training budget of each department.
- Involve in preparing career mapping and talent management program in the organization.
- Having excellent competency : communication skill, dynamic, information seeking, integrity, confidence, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Computer literate MS Office, Accounting Software
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Knowledge of Training and Development, Knowledge of principles and methods of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM).
- To help HR Manager to set up yearly training needs through the Training Need Analysis implementation & evaluation system due to the objectives achievement for skills, motivation improvement & productivity increased.
- To conduct all yearly schedule in-house training, technical & behavior skill and give daily coach in certain technical skills and talent people development.
- To help HR Manager to Develop job competency model and conduct assessment activities in order to select talent people for career development program or succession plotting in order to anticipate high key people turn over and also give some daily counseling to help or maintain employee motivation.
- Willing to be located in purwakarta
