Requirements:
- Male
- Hold S1 degree in Psychology / Law / Economic (Human Resources Management)
- Age between 30-40 years ancient
- Minimum 5 years hand-on experience in the same position
- Mastery in Indonesian Law
- Experiences in practices personnel ex: industrial legal process, handle administration & general services related personnel
- Should have strong in labor law & regulation, leadership and communication skill.
- Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
- Computer literacy
- Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2008
- Willing to be place in Gresik – East Java
