Personnel & GA Manager
(Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Full time handling our personnel administration, company regulation, standard operational procedure, make and implement an effective HR & GA system & program, including HR Operation, Welfare Management, Industrial Relation, Government affair & Legal affair, compliance of Indonesian corporate law, labor law & related laws.
Requirement:
- MALE & FEMALE, Min. 34 years ancient.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Min. GPA. 2.80 or Master Degree in any discipline with Min GPA. 3.00 is advantage.
- Having Min. 8 years experience in HR, and have min. 4 years as Personnel Manager. Preferably posses mixed multinational experience and local company experience. Experienced in Manufacturing is a must!
- Excellent command in English both verbal & written.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources And General Affairs functions such as, Labor Regulations, Performance Management System and Industrial Relation. Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies.
- Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures.
- Responsible for Payroll, General Affairs including, Building & Transportation, Catering, Jamsostek, Permit document, Foreign employee, Health & Insurance.
- Brilliant in interpersonal skill & Leadership, strong analytical & communication skills, Hardworking, result and target oriented and excellent team work.
- Matured for his age, know how to approach and deals with local communities/government. A self driven person and result oriented.
- Can join As soon as possible is a Plus.
- Living nearest Bekasi is a Plus.
- Willing to be placed in Tambun – Bekasi Timur
