Recruitment and Training Executive – Human Resources
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Specialized in Recruitment Areas such as CV screening, conducting phone interview, managing an initial interview process.
- Handling administrative and secretarial works.
- Manage to handle Human Resources Services area such as Employee Administration, Personnel Database, Overtime, and Leave
- Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures including recruitment and training guidelines applicable to company operations.
- Experience in sales / telesales area is a plus
- Responsible in managing training materials from making, distributing, assessing, teaching and evaluating which contain:
- Accent Neutralization: English skills using American Accent
- Selling Skills and Telesales Knowledge
- Listening Skills using qualified ESL Materials
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must have a FLUENT ENGLISH (Oral and Written)
- Candidate must possess an assertive / strong personality.
- Candidate must have a strong leadership skills
- One Full-Time position available.
