Recruitment Consultant
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the whole process of recruitment such as:
- Managing the research process (headhunting)
- Screening potential candidates
- Conducting an in-depth interview
- Writing reports
- Maintains relationship with clients
Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor degree of any disciplines.
- Male/Female, age max 35 years ancient.
- Possess excellent interviewing, writing and communication skills.
- Have business development or sales experience is preferable.
- Have excellent command in English both written and spoken.
- Capable to work in a team.
- Capable to meet deadlines.
