Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment from job postings, interviews, selection, compensation proposals to on boarding of new hires
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners, line managers, external search consultants and vendors
  • Strategize and proactively plot recruitment activities/events e.g. career talks, job fairs, walk-in interviews etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Psychology is a must
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
