Recruitment Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment from job postings, interviews, selection, compensation proposals to on boarding of new hires
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners, line managers, external search consultants and vendors
- Strategize and proactively plot recruitment activities/events e.g. career talks, job fairs, walk-in interviews etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Psychology is a must
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
