Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

• The Recruitment Manager supports the development and drives the implementation of company strategy to leverage the PZ Cussons employer brand and position the company to external and internal applicants as a successful, values-driven organization. In addition, the recruitment manager administers the recruitment process, & responsible for successful induction & implementation of recruitment tools, process & Technologies

Requirements:

• S1, bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable university. Psychologist or Master in Profession Psychology are preferable.
• Experiences min. 2 years. Having background from FMCG is strong advantage.
• Familiar with assessment tools or having certification for DISC, MBTI, SHL, etc.
• Excellent in English both oral and written.
• Multi tasking, energetic, tactful and able to work in team is a must.
• Having knowledge in training and organizational development.
• Having excellent communication and presentation Skills.
