Recruitment Manager (RMGR)

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all the Recruitment & Selection process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Maintaining database, Interview, Psychological assessment, Psychological report, Recruitment networking, developing assessment centre, improving the selection process.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 40 years
- Bachelor degree in Psychology with min GPA 2,75 from reputable University. Psychologist is preferable
- Minimum 5 years work experiences in Recruitment & Selection field
- Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique
- Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Recruitment process running well
- Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR field, People oriented
- Computer literate, English proficiency
