Responsibilities:

  • He/she will be responsible for the operation & document control of recruitment policy and procedures applied in the company, include manpower plotting, sourcing and selection.

Requirements:

  • Male/female, age max 29 years.
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University (with proffession Psychology)
  • Minimum 2 year experience in the same position is preferred
  • Familiar with psychological test, tools and report
  • Can work under pressure, quick speed & excellent interpersonal skill
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia
