Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handling recruitment process (hiring, selection, interviewing, and monitoring new employees).
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Psychology
- Min. 1 years experience in same position
- Min. 1 year experience in conducting psychological test and familiar with psychological tools.
- Can work under pressure, willing to travel, target oriented, excellent in conceptual and analytical thinking, excellent communication skill.
- Strong organizational and leadership background.
