Requirements:
- Male, max 30 years ancient
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) (profession certified are preferable)
- Having min. 5 years experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with Psychological test, such as administration & scoring.
- Familiar with assessment tools or having certification for DISC, MBTI, SHL, etc.
- Familiar with interview method & technique
- Wide networking and Data base
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
