Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology.
- Male, min 30 years max 45 years
- Minimum 5 years experience in same position preferred in mining or construction industries
- Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database
- Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
- Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
- Brilliant communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Brilliant Computer literate.
