Recruitment Supervisor
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Build & manage pipeline of candidates (permanent & contract) through: advertisement (electronics & newspaper), employee referrals, employment agencies
- Establish & Manage interview process: track, screen and coordinate applications, carry out phone screening of candidates prior to interview as appropriate
- Help with interview scheduling with line managers where candidate appropriate
- Establish & administer assessment tests as well as conduct behavioral interview
- Ensure interview assessments are complete
- Monitor & provide management reports
- Know business requirements
- Build pool of candidates to support business requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / HR Management, or Business Management major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection process
- Familiar with psychological tools and behavioral interview method
- Able to working independently with minimum supervise, and dealing with the deadlines
- Excellent communication skill, English literacy, proficient PC skills, ability to work as a team -player, result oriented, and energetic.
