Recruitment/Human Resources Staff

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit vessel crew
  • Monitoring crew’s affair and work activities
  • Calculating and oversee crew working time as needed
  • Act as intermediary between crew and company

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and training for Human Resources in maritime industry
  • Minimum bachelor degree/S1 in Human Resources or Psychology major
  • Fluent in English oral and written
  • Computer literacy
