Responsibilities:
- To set-up a new training system (Competency based) and assessment centre.
- More closely watching the quality of Human Resources (SDM) for the whole plant.
- To maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly performance appraisal.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Under Graduate (SI) in Psychology/ Management/ Law
- Having work experiences in developing Human Resources with minimum 2-3 years.
- Strong in Recruitment (Retail Front Liner) as well as in Learning & Development for Technical and Non Technical Trainings programs.
- Excellent team players & brilliant Communication skill.
