- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law or other related background from reputable university
- Having experience min 3 years at the same position (must in managerial level at the last position)
- Having experience handle all aspect HR and GA regulation (recruitment, training, GA, labor regulation, payroll system, PPH 21, handle license and permit, etc)
- Having excellent Analytical Thinking
- Having leadership skill and communication skill
- Able to Work as a Team and Individually
- Willing to be relocated in Surabaya, Pontianak, Manado
