Human Resources

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery in HR Operations area, which includes payroll, staff benefits administration (including staff loan, health and life insurance), monthly and annual report of social security, pension, income tax, internal and regulatory reporting, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate process of all immigration matters, work and stay permit for expatriates and visa for visitors.
- Manage relationship with the external vendors and regulatory officials, covering area of payroll, health insurance, life insurance, immigration, pension, social security, income tax 4. Responsible for leave administration in HR Online, review and update employees annual leave entitlement in yearly basis.
- Responsible for regulatory reporting, i.e. annual report to Bank of Indonesia, annual report to Manpower & Immigration Department, etc.
- Annual review of country Human Resources policies and procedures, which cover the following functions: salary and benefits administration, immigration matters, personnel records retention, reporting, reconciliation, taxation, and other areas of HR operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): HR operations.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Payroll Officer.
