Our work focuses towards recruitment portfolio and everything that we do is sales driven, making this role extremely vital within our company. As Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible to promote and sell our services to potential clients and candidates.
Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Establish business opportunities with new and existing client base at The Most “Huge Four” Admired Industry in Indonesia
- Source the right and caliber person suitable to job and personal profile of the required candidates
- Manage all information about the clients, their strategic manpower plotting, competitor intelligence and other related issues
- Maintain professional network of cross industry particularly with its professional association, group and business community
- Be a business partner, instead of merely recruiter or mach maker, for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, maximum 28 years ancient
- University Degree in any disciplines with GPA: 3.0
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably in recruitment industry
- Conversant in English and able to write a excellent resume in English
- Strong relationships with certain targeted clients in any industry
- Results and customer-oriented attitude
- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated.
