Recruitment Officer/Specialist
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Proven tracked record in human resource recruitment activities including but not limited to:
- Consulting with hiring managers and divisional HR to qualify and know vacancy requirements prior to advertising
- Track, screen and coordinate applications.
- Carry out phone screening and in some instances, face to face interviews
- Coordinate all interviews with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with Universities across the region
- Fill positions in a timely manner
- Adhere to company processes and procedures
- Respond to both internal and external applicants in a timely manner
- Developed recruitment material
- Maintain internal recruiting system
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills/Experience :
- Minimum S1, major in Psychology
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience gained in an agency or in-house
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Experience Recruiting for Agriculture Industry
Desirable Skill/Experience :
- Proactive, Enthusiast, Creative, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in quick-paced
- Knowledge of contract and labour law
