In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and suitably qualified competent individuals to join our Team in the following position :

Trainer

(Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct training programs
• Build excellent rapport with training participants
• Inspire participants with positive training impact
• Work with and support other functions in the organization to achieve the business target
• Make a comprehensive post training report for clients

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Minimum S1 from a reputable university
• Experience in conducting training
• Minimum have 2 years experience as trainer, preferably in the Training or Service Industry
• Must have ability to conduct training individually
• Proven track record in delivering training with positive participant feedback
• Preferably has experience in conducting a variety of training programs: mindset / motivational and skill for front-line staff
• Able to work with independently
• Have CAN DO attitude, high energy, flexibility, high degree of initiative
• Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Must be willing to be based in: Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar, preferably local residence
• Yearly renewable contract based on performance
