YOUR OPPORTUNITY

YOU are responsible to implement the proactive HMS Employer Branding strategies (annual branding theme, material, annual programs); to manage Employer Branding partner and customer (candidates, creative agencies, universities, event organizers, etc); to establish Employer Branding Guidelines and Policy; to develop Employer Branding media channel; and to initiate system/process efficiency to leverage the image of HMS as an employer of choice.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience ideally in Recruitment, Communications or Design especially related creative media utilization and strategic partnership with educational institution
• Possess strong skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
• Having brilliant Graphic Design portfolio, both creative artwork and copywriter
• Proficient in verbal and written English
