Responsibilities:
- Travel arrangement and travel expenses statement
- Responsible for others staff and own attendance.
- Taking calls, welcoming guest, receiving and sorting incoming letters.
- Suppliers correspondences
- Maintenance of office supplies.
- Handle to buy stationery and kitchen supply
- Entry data every day and stock opname everymonth.
- Filling document.
Requirements:
- Female
- Having experience min 1 years at the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Have excellent knowledge in cooking matter
- Full-Time positions available.
- Active and quick person
- Communicative and quick learner
