  • Male/Female, age max 28 years
  • Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA of more than 3.0
  • A HR generalist with minimum 1 year in function of HR management from reputable company
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Have a excellent knowledge of organization systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
  • Having brilliant communication and interpersonal skills
