Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Psychology) from reputable university.
- Minimum have 1 year experience in HR field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Have knowledge and understanding in Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs
- and Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation
- Support the HR function such as recruitment, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
- Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent
- Brilliant interpersonal & communication skills
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
