HR – Organizational Development Staff
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Involve in changing, modification, and developing company structures to be more adequate with its vision and mission
- Help in grading, leveling, job description, performance appraisal based on competency
- Prepare RTC (Replacement Table Chart)
- Conduct other tasks related in division
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology, Management, Organizational, or equivalent
- Age maximum 28 years ancient
- Excellent command in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work quick and under pressure
- Creative and innovative
- Background from reputable universities are top priorities
- Know organizational structures
