Responsibilities:
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
- Perform searching for qualified candidates for all level, according to relevant job criteria, networking, internet recruiting resources, and employee referrals.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
- Interview and make same tests for applicants including interpreting the result in order to select, classify and verify the applicant’s capability and compatibility with the company.
- Propose recommendation for management in recruitment and development of human resources of the company.
Requirements:
- FEMALE, with 30 – 35 years ancient
- Min a Bachelor Degree from Psychology or Indonesian Law
- Min of 5 (five) years experience in the same field.
- Strong understanding and familiar in establishing Job Position & Description, and Corporate Regulation.
- Strong understanding and knowledge in Human Resources Recruitment and Development
- Leadership and strong communication and people skill to all level in the organization.
- Able to analyze requirements of vacant positions.
- Have knowledge of selection process, interview and psycho test.
- Know CBHRM, Balance Scorecard, HRIS and/or such KPI (key performance indicator) model & system
- Know of Indonesian Manpower Regulation (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, etc.
- Hardworking and quick leaner, wide view of management and strategic thinking
- Brilliant interpersonal skill, self motivated, creative, initiative, independent, excellent communication with people of all levels
