HR Senior Training Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for the training and development for all employees in the Bank.
- Lead a T&D team
- Establishes training and development requirements, formulates policy and organizes training courses.
- Responsible for graduate and other training programs, including induction courses.
- Has responsibility for the training and development of all staff through internal and/or external trainers.
- Participates in policy discussions and contributes to the development of Training policy & procedure.
- Creatively develops and facilitates new T&D programs as needed.
- Ensures integration of new company technologies/product for the appropriate programs or staff.
- Determines training needs by working as a liaison with the filed or other departments.
- Prepares, enhances, evaluates, schedules and provides annual training calendar based on hiring managers’ needs and employees’ training & development plans.
- Follow up with managers to ensure quality and effectiveness of the training.
- Provides field input to management.
- Prepares and continuously develops program to instill bank’s MVV (mission, vision, & value)

Experience: with minimum 8 years relevant experience required and with minimum 5 years experience in people management.
Education: University graduate and above, major in Business or HR filed.
