HR Senior Training Manager

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for the training and development for all employees in the Bank.
  • Lead a T&D team
  • Establishes training and development requirements, formulates policy and organizes training courses.
  • Responsible for graduate and other training programs, including induction courses.
  • Has responsibility for the training and development of all staff through internal and/or external trainers.
  • Participates in policy discussions and contributes to the development of Training policy & procedure.
  • Creatively develops and facilitates new T&D programs as needed.
  • Ensures integration of new company technologies/product for the appropriate programs or staff.
  • Determines training needs by working as a liaison with the filed or other departments.
  • Prepares, enhances, evaluates, schedules and provides annual training calendar based on hiring managers’ needs and employees’ training & development plans.
  • Follow up with managers to ensure quality and effectiveness of the training.
  • Provides field input to management.
  • Prepares and continuously develops program to instill bank’s MVV (mission, vision, & value)

Experience: with minimum 8 years relevant experience required and with minimum 5 years experience in people management.

Education: University graduate and above, major in Business or HR filed.
