HR Training & Development Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing people learning and development include in house training and staff development. Plotting and arranging also ensure knowledge transfer from all human resource development activities in Daekyo Indonesia is effective based on competencies and organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Female, around 30-35 years ancient
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities
- Have at least 3-5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record in well known education industry.
- Posses deep knowledge in training program development, competency development, and talent management also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
- Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and excellent interpersonal skill
- Brilliant communication in English both oral and written.
