PT. Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources.
G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold miner and explorer. It has bought the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.
Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.
PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:
HR Training Supervisor (HR 1177)
(Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- This position will be based in Martabe project – South Tapanuli with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Training & Industrial Relation Superintendent. This position would be responsible to manage training and employee development activities to met company’s business objective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related discipline, preferred in HR management, psychology or Education area
- Certified as Trainer/Facilitator (ToT’s)
- Knowledge on learning/e-learning and development processes
- Has excellent understanding on education and adult learning principles and method
- Able to develop, design and deliver training curriculum and training modules
- Knowledge of human behaviour, performance and internal coaching and consulting
- Knowledge of competency based training management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skill
- 2-5 years experience in training and development area at supervisory level
- Has excellent leadership, interpersonal skill and teamwork minded
- High computer literate, MS Windows, MS Office, intranet, internet and HRIS system
