Requirements:

  • Age around 30-35 years ancient
  • Educational background S1 degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managerial position.
  • Know HRIS
  • Proficient in English writing & reading
  • Wide view of management & strategic thinking
  • High level of integrity, independent, honest, dedicated, strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skill
  • Able to work under high pressure, multiple-tasking, achieving tight deadlines and can set & differentiate priorities
