Responsibilities:
- Prevents IR cases & ensures employee risk & case handling
- Identifies potential issues & problems related to Industrial Relation matters
Requirements:
- Male, max. 35 years ancient.
- Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable University, GPA > 2.75
- Min. 5 year experiences at the same position.
- Experiences from retail company would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in Labor Law and its implementation
- Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
- Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci
