PT Stasiun Training Indonesia (TrainStation) is an HR consultancy. Our vision is to partner with corporations to define their talent development strategy, and strengthen their training and development function. We also consulted individuals on their career plotting and development.
To support its growth, the company needs an Junior Consultant. He / she will be working closely with the Managing Director in client interaction, doing analysis and research, and providing advice to our clients. Associates are exposed to a broad range of clients and projects. As he / she gains experience and demonstrate the ability to take on larger responsibilities, they are expected to work independently on modules within a project.
Extensive training and resources will be provided to support his / her work requirements.
Junior Consultant (Ref HR-02/06 – STI)

Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 23-25 years ancient
- S1 graduate, preferably in Psychology or Business, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Have strong interest in Human Resources function
- Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills
- Have excellent leadership skills, preferably with experience leading projects or team.
- Proactive, creative, yet humble and willing to listen
- Able to communicate in English
- Comfortable to work in a small business environment
