Organization Development Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Perform organizational structure analysis and adjustment both at corporate and SBU
- Develop corporate man power plotting, succession plot and talent management
- Make job competency and perform regular update both at corporate and SBU
- Responsible for the strategic plotting of the human resources function
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age around 30-35 years ancient
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, majoring from any discipline (preferably Law/Psychology)
- Have at least 5-7 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
- Posses deep knowledge in organization development and also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
- Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and excellent interpersonal skill
