Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Job role in Employee/Labor Relation or General HR
- Preferably for candidates domicile in Batam or Bintan island
