Training And Organization Development (TROD)

(Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct Yearly Training Calendar internal and external based on the required Training Need Analysis.
  • Plot and prepare Yearly Training and Development Budget
  • Do and implement Training Evaluation Program and develop improvement program
  • Review the effectiveness of training delivery methods (e.g. trainer, classroom, workshop, manual)
  • Develop and conduct orientation session for new hires
  • Review and do the on-the-job training program
  • Conduct and help employee performance review (Competency Based and KPI)
  • Review and implement Training Standard Operation Procedures
  • Plot, develop and implement new strategy of the TROD which relates to specific needs on the company growth.
  • Monitor, measure and report on monthly basis of the effectiveness all TROD programs
  • Supervise and manage sub-ordinates (trainer, facilitator and admin) on daily basis.
  • Act as a liaison across the managerial function to support and assure the TROD programs implemented and well accepted.
  • Ensure that all TROD programs relates to Strategic Business Organization Plot.
  • Work hand in hand with System & Development Strategic to support the Strategic Business Plot is executed well and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management , Psychology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  • Well understanding on Performance Management (Competency Based Human Resource Management and Key Performance Indicator – Balanced scorecard)
  • Minimum have 3-4 years working experience in Human Resource area, preferably in Training and Organization Development.
  • Having excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
  • Experienced executing succession plot and talent management.
  • Understanding of business process and have a strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Able to work independently as well as working in a team
  • Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
  • Brilliant communication, integrity and interpersonal skill
  • PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English
