Training & People Development Specialist (TR-Spc)
(Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- As a development analyst, the incumbent should have competencies in:
- Analyzing training needs based on the skill and competencies as required and also in line with business objectives
- Facilitating line managers in related activities
- As a training material development and trainer :
- Plot, organize, develop and control training activities until its evaluation for ensuring effectiveness.
- Identify the needs and provide development programs
- Designing curriculums & materials
- As a trainer
- As an administrator ensuring HRIS database accurate
- Assisting the managers in all activities related with learning and Organizational Development
Requirements:
- Minimum Having 3 years experience in Human Resources Development
- Minimum S1 Background from all majoring with excellent academic record, preferably from psychology
- Having excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, interpersonal communication and presentation skills as a excellent trainer.
- Having a excellent experience in coordinating and organizing the activities of training and development
- Proficient in English Skill both oral and written is a must
- Dynamic and mobile person with physically and mentally well-driven
- Having driving license A will be an advantage
- Excellent Computer Literate (Ms Office Application) and also internet utilization
