Business Account Manager – Indonesia
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To develop new business opportunities in Indonesia in the area of petroleum retail business to ensure profitable financial standing.
- To identify, recommend and groom the local partner in order to increase sales and reduce competitors’ advantage.
- To approach identified customers (ie. Pertamina, PNI, SHELL and TOTAL) in order to propose company’s own solution.
- To convince customers to utilize company’s solution to ensure higher profit margin.
- To recruit the right partners at the regions when company’s involvements in those countries are not present.
- To buy technologies will be the quick track to buy solution yet costly when the company still require to maintain cost competitiveness.
- The ability to buy two major customers with sizable deploying stations in Indonesia in the next 2 years.
- To ensure payment is paid promptly by the local partner.
- To develop close relationship with clients.
- To promote and analyze partners to sell the company’s solution.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of ICT or Marketing.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the marketing and sales development for automated retail or IT industry.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- The ability to work without direct guidance and still able to bring in the result.
- The ability to reckon out of the box to maintain company’s strong competitiveness.
- Strong and quality relationship with customers and partners.
- High value added for company’s products.
- Knowledge of IT.
- Quick leaner and result driven.
