Branch Manager
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Business Growth :
- To develop new customer accounts and support the business growth
- To guide sales persons in achieving the sales targets
- To monitor credit management.
Management of Operations :
- To keep staff informed of management policies and directions
- To be directly responsible for the branch day-to-day operations.
- To provide direction and guidance for staff to achieve set operational objectives.
- To interact closely with HQ for inventory management & customers support
- To report key performance indicators (KPIs) set by Senior Management on a regular basis
- To plot training for various levels of staff (both sales and support).
- To be station in Surabaya
Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor Degree from any Major preferable from Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 8-10 year experience in Sales & Management
- Reckon strategic in business growth
- Management skill (plot, organize, lead, control)
- Excellent knowledge of industrial products
- Engage people & motivation skills
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Excellent analytical ability
- Business networking
