Catering Supervisor & Housekeeping Supervisor

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Operations Manager
• Managing and supervising a field organization responsible for the performance of catering / food services, housekeeping, janitorial services, and other camp services at locations of the energy and mining industry around Indonesia.
• Ensure a high standard of food service including menu plotting, ordering, receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, and serving
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and janitorial services including the use of chemicals and equipment
• To deliver training of standard operating procedures to workers so that their performance achieves contract standards and therefore objectives.

Requirements:

• Hold Hotel Academy Certificate majoring in Food & Beverage (D-3) or and
• Has housekeeping certificate and hotel academy education
• Has education and training in Hygiene and Sanitation
• Able to deliver education and training of Standard Operating Procedures for the performance of work under his responsibility
• Has excellent leadership qualities
• Able to perform mathematical work
• Understands and is able to implement ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
• Creative, proactive, able to work in team and be independent
• Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality
• Responsible, and having a desire to learn; quick learner, hard worker, loyal and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills and able to write letters and reports in Bahasa Indonesia using proper grammar
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing catering operation for oil and gas industry or and housekeeping and room service in permanent camp or hotel industry.
• Fluent in English oral and written
• Computer literacy
• Willing to work in remote areas on a scheduled system
