PT 5 Putri is a management public facility company in Kediri. We are under construction in building a public facility for surrounding people. We need an employee who will coordinate construction works between owner, architects and contractors with the following criteria:
University degree (S1) and minimum 3 years active involvement in both office and site construction management activities OR
Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years active involvement in both office and site construction management activities
Minimum 3 years experience in project schedule plotting involving multi sub-contractor
Excellent knowledge and understanding in International code and standard and construction quality control of multi disciplines
Willing to be base in Kediri
Mature, problem solving, and brilliant leadership skills
Male, maximum 40 years ancient
Having experience in handling project for public facility is an added value
Able to work under target
Having excellent communication and human relation skills
Computer literate
Team player is a must.
Construction Manager
(Jawa Timur – Kediri)
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will be:
- Handling RFIs
- Coordinating communication among architects and contractors
- Supervising contractors works
- Quality Control
- Handling Shop Drawings
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kediri.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
