We are a well-established poultry integrated company has immediate openings for the following position:
Continuous Improvement Specialist (CIS)
(Jakarta )
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Key Driver analysis as guideline to develop improvement initiatives in Business Unit.
- Conduct fasilitation of CI activities, guiding the project team to complete their project.
- Conduct Training related to CI methodology and tools.Conduct Gap Analysis to provide the guideline for BU in achieving their budget through developing effective CI initiatives.
- Facilitate TPM and 5S activities in Business Unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) in Engineering.
- At least 2 years working experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Has specific knowledge in Improvement Methodology/ Tools (QCC, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TOC, etc).
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and motivating skills.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Having excellent understanding about the concept of business processes with some knowledge about finance and accounting will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, integrity, and teamwork.
