Requirements :
- Female Max age 35 years ancient
- Graduated from reputable university faculty of Law
- At least 3 years experience in the same position and have strong background in public listed company knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of issues affecting listed companies, in particular : Bapepam and BEI Regulation, Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Law Regulation, Financial Reporting.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong leadership, self-motivated, teamwork, excellent analytical and communication skill
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
